ROB DALBY
Being no stranger to the scene Rob started out in his home town of Burton On Trent in the UK DJing for a small Dance pub called The Pickled Gerkin which after time saw flocks of people joining him for his massive selection of top quality tracks.
This made him move up in the town to play for other nights and also start his own weekly Sunday night called Dementia.
Along side being busy he started his own record label called Boshed Recordings which produced some great high energy trance to be featured on Radio1 Dance anthem with Dave Pearce and also feature on the Lashed worldwide album by Lisa lashes.
His work in his home town secured him a residency at the legendary super club night Storm. Playing sets with some of the biggest artist around to a massive 2k people venue. Also got to play for Passion vs Storm getting the main set.
Managing the record shop Promo Records in Derby he got approached by Pete Wye the owner of Progress to stand in for John Kelly who could not make his set and after doing so was offered the residency at Progress which was close to his heart as in his early clubbing days was his favourite weekend place to go.
Sets started to come in all over the country and also overseas playing at the Sunset Rooms in Los Angeles.
After a few years out of the scene Rob hit back into production and has had some massive tracks and collaborations released on some the top record labels, High voltage, Vandit, Flashover recordings, magic island, nocturnal nights, Tangled Audio, Boshed Recordings to name a few.
The tracks were welcomed by big names playing in shows and on radio stations worldwide.
